About me
I’m a former agency MD and CIMA-qualified management accountant. I’m passionate about eradicating the gender pay gap and improving participation for women at work.
help agency leaders understand their gender pay gap properly, what is driving it, and what to do next. I’ve completed a Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership programme on women leading change and I’m part of the UN Women UK community.
