I’m Lynda, a former agency MD and CIMA-qualified management accountant. I help agency leaders understand their gender pay gap properly, what is driving it, and what to do next. I’ve completed a Cambridge Institute for Sustainability Leadership programme on women leading change and I’m part of the UN Women UK community.
